My practice focuses on business, commercial, and real estate matters covering entity formation, lending and real estate acquisition advice, contract drafting, and litigation. In my 20 years of practicing law, I have handled numerous breach of contract and business tort cases and negotiated contractual agreements for clients large and small. I have also represented major financial institutions in mortgage litigation actions, automotive manufacturers in products liability and premises liability cases, oil and gas producers in environmental disputes, and business owners in a variety of commercial matters. Since completing law school, I have worked as a criminal prosecutor in New York and Michigan, was a partner at a large Detroit law firm, and served as in-housel counsel for a Michigan-based bank.
